Coconut Coffee Cake

Vanilla sponge covered with coffee and coconut milk, the cake has its inside part filled with homemade coconut jam. Smooth coconut milk, coconut fiber and coconut are not cooked into fragrant jam. Decorated with coconut cream rosettes on top and covered with dried shredded coconut around the sides of the cake.
