We encourage you to order at least one day in advance to have more design options. If you need it on the same day, please contact us at least 4 hours ahead within operating hours. However, not all cake designs may be available.
You can choose a specific time slot between 7:30 – 20:30.
The Kitchen always strives to deliver the cake within your chosen timeframe. However, delivery may be affected by external factors such as traffic or weather. If the delivery person does not arrive on time, please contact our hotline at 0896.221.271 for assistance.
- For customers who’ve prepaid: Our delivery person will return the cake to Jeremy’s Kitchen. You’ll need to contact us to arrange a re‐delivery and pay delivery fees for both trips. If you do not respond on the same day, the order will be canceled and we regret that we cannot refund the cake.
- For customers who haven’t prepaid: The delivery person will return the cake to Jeremy’s Kitchen. To place a reorder, please contact us and settle the cost of the cake along with the delivery fees for both trips.
To change delivery details, please contact us at least 1 hour before so that we can adjust our delivery route. If you contact us too late, we may not be able to make the change.
We apologize, but our delivery person can only deliver to the lobby of the building/apartment complex — we cannot bring it upstairs or into rooms.
We apologize, but we cannot provide support in such cases because we can’t determine whether damage occurred during delivery or after the order was delivered. That’s why we encourage you to check the cake immediately upon receiving it so we can assist promptly.
As soon as you receive the cake, please take photos and send them to us via Jeremy’s Kitchen Page or message us on our Zalo hotline: 0896.221.271 so we can evaluate and support you accordingly.
All our cakes contain no preservatives, so please keep them in a sealed container and refrigerated. Cakes may melt within 2 hours at room temperature. Stored properly, they can last 3-4 days.
If you plan to buy ahead and store until the party, you may freeze for 1–2 days, but only for designs without fresh fruit. (We do not generally recommend freezing.)
For pastries, savories, and drinks, you’re welcome to come directly to Jeremy’s Kitchen at 82/3 Tran Khanh Du. For custom cakes, we only accept pre-orders (we don’t usually stock ready cakes). If we happen to have ready stock, we might not have a baker available to write on the cake as you wish.
- For customers using our in-store services, the Kitchen offers the following payment methods:
+ Cash payment.
+ Bank transfer.
+ Card payment (debit card, credit card, prepaid card, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, NFC).
- For customers placing online orders, the Kitchen offers the following payment methods:
+ Cash payment (an additional 5,000 VND will be charged if collected by the delivery service).
+ Bank transfer.
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to check if the required ingredients are available. If so, we can adjust the design. However, we cannot guarantee full flexibility.
We regret that we only make designs available on our menu. We do not accept custom design requests.
“Best” depends on personal taste and preference. We don’t promote any single cake as the “best.” We encourage customers to choose based on their own preference.
Unfortunately, our cakes are made in large batches and we don’t accept recipe modifications per individual order. We can reduce the amount of cream on the cake, but we can’t significantly change its sweetness.
Currently, we offer two vegan products at the Kitchen:
Cake – Vegan Raspberry Chocolate
Cookie – Vegan Snickerdoodle
Our vegan desserts are made entirely with nut milk and vegetable oils – with no dairy, no eggs, and no animal butter.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours prior. If you've prepaid, send us your bank account info and we will process your refund. If you cancel later than 24 hours, the cake is likely already in production and we may not be able to cancel.
The invoice from the kitchen will be issued within 1–2 business days (The invoice only covers the cost of goods and does not include the delivery fee).
We are open Monday – Sunday, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
