I. In-store Payment
Customers can visit our store at 30 Nai Nam to place orders and make payment via: Bank transfer, Cash.
II. Payment upon Delivery
We use Grab delivery services. Customers can pay directly to the delivery driver upon receiving the order. A 5,000 VND cash on delivery (COD) fee will be applied.
III. Bank Transfer
After confirming your order online, you may proceed with payment via bank transfer.
- For customers requiring an invoice:
Please transfer only the cake value (excluding delivery fee). The e-invoice will be issued within 1–2 working days.
- For customers NOT requiring an invoice:
You may transfer the total amount, including cake and delivery fee.
Note: Jeremy’s Kitchen is not responsible for any errors made during the bank transfer process (incorrect details, wrong recipient, etc.). Customers are responsible for working with their bank to resolve such issues.

1. Purpose and Scope of Data Collection
We collect customer information on Jeremyskitchen.vn, including: Full name, Email, Phone number, Address. This information is required to process orders and provide consultation, ensuring customer benefits and accurate order confirmation.

Jeremy’s Kitchen uses Grab for delivery.
Delivery hours: 07:30 – 20:30.
We strive to deliver orders on time. However, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other external factors.
If the driver cannot reach the recipient:
- Prepaid orders: The order will be returned to Jeremy’s Kitchen. Customer must arrange redelivery and pay shipping for both attempts. If no response is received on the same day, the order will be canceled and no refund will be issued.
- Unpaid orders: The order will be returned. Customer must pay full order value + both delivery fees for redelivery.
Upon receiving the order:

Once the order is accepted, we cannot determine responsibility for damages.
Orders must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If already paid, a refund will be processed after receiving your bank details
If cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before delivery, the order is already in production → cancellation is not supported.
