In 2015, Jeremy began baking rich chocolate cakes for his new neighbors after moving to the beautiful city of Da Nang. Over the years, our kitchen has grown to include desserts, birthday cakes, and American-style comfort food but our values have remained the same. We put our hearts into everything we make, and we hope you can feel a little of that love in every bite you taste.

Fresh cream cakes
We choose fresh whipping cream, made from real dairy with a rich fat content, to preserve the cake’s natural flavor.
We never use vegetable-based cream or artificial cream - ingredients that allow cakes to sit in display cases for days or even weeks.
The taste of homemade
We choose to roast our own peanuts, grind biscuit crumbs by hand, cook fruit jams, make almond butter - and countless other components - all to create a truly homemade cake.
While this process is time-consuming, it allows our kitchen to maintain full control over quality and creates the distinctive flavors that define our cakes.
