Layers of vanilla sponge filled with a vibrant mix of pineapple jam, coconut, a hint of Hoi An rum, and pineapple syrup. The outside is wrapped in fresh cream and toasted coconut, then topped with elegant swirls of cream and house-dried pineapple slices.
